Guidelines

An editor reviews all submissions to the Integration-Net to see that they adhere to the following guidelines:

• Resources must be related to the settlement and integration of newcomers to Canada.The information will help support the settlement process and will be of interest to our audiences (front-line settlement organizations, mainstream organizations working with newcomers, settlement umbrella organizations and newcomers). Subjects of interest include, but are not limited to:
  • Settlement issues and programs, sucess stories, newcomer adaptation
  • settlement sector management policies and practices.
• Non-governmental organizations may submit publications in one or several languages. Foreign language resources must be accompanied by an abstract written in English or French. However, we cannot guarantee that foreign language resources will be posted.
• Integration-Net may not be used for private business, product advertisement or political lobbying.
