This group will look at how to translate theoretical principles of an Accord to working level and how to measure the effect of the Accord. They also will work to develop a template for policy input. Because this is being discussed at the Joint Accord Table (JAT), this may simply involve adapting the mechanisms of the broader principles for the settlement sector. (For more information about JAT see the government website on the VSI). We will look at the experiences of other countries with similar initiatives. For instance, what can we learn from the Compact between the British government and the black and ethnic minority communities? You can find a link to the British document in the Documents page.
